WHAT WE DO FOR YOU!

  • SUPPLIES AND SALE KICK-OFF

    • We provide a product display for your open house.
    • We offer assemblies for all students including kindergarten.
    • We emphasize safety procedures of fundraising selling during our assemblies.
    • We provide each seller with a packet containing:
      • Customized parent/student letter.
      • Full color product brochures with order takers and award information.
      • Staff letter to help promote the program and student safety.
      • All prepared packets are collated by teacher, grade and room.

  • COMPUTER ENTRY AND PACKAGING OF ORDERS

    • Orders are picked up from your group (unless other arrangements are made)
    • We tally all order forms in our local office– you do no transferring to master forms.
    • Late orders are always accepted and will be filled based on product availability.
    • Order takers are double checked before computer entry and checked again when the packing slips are prepared.
    • Orders are individually pre-packed by student and room or team and include the original forms.

DELIVERY OF ORDERS 

  • Delivery is scheduled at your convenience and information is included in the parent/student letter.
  • Delivery is made from our local facility by us and we will be there to assist for a reasonable time period.
  • We provide you with a detailed sales summary of group and individual sales.
    Print-outs can be used for parent signature to verify pick up of orders.

 



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

MONEY COLLECTION

  • You are responsible for all money collection and counting.  We advise you if there are any differences in the amount collected vs. amount due when orders are posted.
  • Payment is due when products are delivered unless specified (direct product sales).
  • Any issues need to be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products delivered to you must be kept in a proper and safe environment.
