Prize Programs
 You can win multiple prizes from this award form that is used for many of our fundraising programs.  It is a neat format featuring 12 different items that are cumulative from A through L and a full color prize form is provided per seller.

We customize many award programs and this is just one of our offerings for this school season.
There are many variances available.

Prize Program Outline
  • A full-color prize form is enclosed in each seller's packet when awards are involved.
  • Explanation of the Award Program being used is included in the student/parent letter.
  • Each prize form indicates what the seller will receive if prize selections are not indicated.
